Information you choose to send

When you use the contact form, The Neural Vault receives the name, email address, business or project details, and message you submit. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and manage any resulting business relationship.

Form processing

The contact form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service, so the information you submit passes through that service before it reaches The Neural Vault inbox. Do not submit passwords, financial details, medical records, or other highly sensitive information.

Sharing and retention

The Neural Vault does not sell contact information. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the website, deliver communications, process purchases, or comply with law. Inquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for communication, business records, or legal obligations.

External services

Links to Payhip, Amazon, YouTube, and other outside services are governed by those services’ own privacy policies. Their practices are not controlled by The Neural Vault.

Your choices

You may request correction or deletion of information you submitted by emailing hello@theneuralvault.com. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.
